There will be carol singing, mince pies and mulled wine in the Three Horseshoes, Hinxworth, on the 20th December 2010 from 9pm. Money will be collected for the charity Crisis at Christmas.

Fibre Broadband – Vote for your exchange now!
Lots of us in Hinxworth and Edworth complain about broadband speeds. Yes, speeds are better than they were when we only had dial-up, but it would be nice to be able to watch a video on iPlayer without the loading circle appearing every 10 minutes.
BT has made a site where we can vote for our exchanges and hopefully let BT know of our interest. The address is: http://www.racetoinfinity.bt.com/
Type in your postcode and click “Go.” It will then tell you which exchange you are on and you can vote for your exchange to be fibre enabled.
