Yoga – Fridays
A balanced class with a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher including postures, breathing exercises and relaxation to gently exercise the body and calm the mind.
All abilities are welcome including complete beginners. Please bring a mat.
Fridays 9:15am-10:15am starting 12th April
